Shop Policies

Returns
Due to the nature of our design process please note we do not accept any exchanges or returns on merchandise unless received damaged. Each piece is made with love and lots of care, I work diligently to provide the highest quality of artistry and will happily exchange any defective or damaged merchandise, should it occur. Please note we require notice of any defective/damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receiving our parcel. If packaging is damaged please take a picture before opening so that we may present it to the shipping company. For questions or concerns please contact me. Sorry but we do not offer refunds on merchandise or shipping costs.

Shipping and customs

Please allow up to 5 business days for me to get your piece of jewelry on the way after you placed your order. Shipping costs, insurance, and custom fees are not included in the price. It can occur that shipments are on hold at customs for several weeks.

Jewelry Care

Please handle your new jewelry with care. Pearls are especially sensitive, it is recommended to put your perfume on first and then your jewelry. Overtime, jewelry will need to be polished and/or re-oxidized, and pearls/gemstone beads need restringing every other year to keep them safe. I am happy to do any repairs on jewelry you have bought from me, in this case please contact me.

You can clean your jewelry with water and a non aggressive soap using a soft toothbrush. When faceted stones start to look dull due to skin lotion on the back of the stone, you can use an electric toothbrush and a mix of dish detergent and ammonia to bring it back to sparkle. Enjoy your new jewel!
